Associate

Maximilian (Max) Atchity has gained extensive experience in drafting and reviewing various documents related to multimillion-dollar commercial real estate transactions. Max’s understanding of the complexities involved in property acquisitions and dispositions allows him to effectively protect clients’ interests when reviewing title commitments, surveys, land use regulations, and other documentation affecting the title. In addition, Max’s expertise extends to various areas of real estate beyond the purchase and sale context, including: drafting and reviewing office, retail, and industrial leases; forming real estate purchase vehicles; and assisting in real estate and construction financing transactions.

He is in the Real Estate Practice Group at Foley’s Dallas office. Max was a summer associate with Foley and worked as a legal intern at a title company while attending Baylor Law School. At Baylor, Max founded the Real Estate Legal Society.
