Mackenzie Barrett is a member of the Business Law Department with Foley & Lardner LLP. She is a member of the Transactions Practice Group and is based in the Silicon Valley office.
Mackenzie began as a summer associate at Foley in 2022. Mackenzie has worked on various projects supporting clients in mergers and acquisitions, corporate formations and governance, venture capital financings, and other general corporate matters. She also has experience with the formation and dissolution of corporations and securities law compliance.
Mackenzie is a graduate of the UC Davis School of Law (“King Hall”). She previously clerked for a business law firm in Sacramento and has assisted with various pro bono matters in immigration, asylum, and employment.
