Miguel spent two consecutive years as a summer associate in Foley’s Washington D.C. and Miami offices. In his role, Miguel focused on various aspects of transactions, including drafting deal summary charts, and preparing memoranda on trends in financial technology M&A. In addition to his transactional experience, Miguel assisted in ongoing projects within the areas of energy, life sciences, digital assets, and real estate.
