Lara Coole works in our Transactions Practice Group with a focus on corporate and business law matters including mergers and acquisitions, securities law, and general corporate matters. She began at Foley as a summer associate after working as a judicial intern for the Honorable Robin S. Rosenbaum in the U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Prior to law school, Lara worked in enterprise technology sales and has experience analyzing and negotiating cloud services software agreements to advocate for her clients’ needs.
