Allen Craig serves businesses and tax clients, operating in Texas and nationally in the chemical, trucking, oilfield services and ranching sectors. His practice includes mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, partnership and limited liability company planning, state tax planning, and international inbound and outbound transactions.
In addition, Allen is involved in income and estate planning for individuals and closely held businesses, in audit and compliance matters before the Internal Revenue Service and state taxing authorities. He also has experience in obtaining private letter rulings from the IRS.
Clients seek Allen’s help on a variety of other issues, such as international planning for multinational inbound and outbound transactions, and multistate taxation.
