Jack Doti works in our Litigation Department and is part of our Business Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice Group. Jack represents institutional clients in complex cases in California state and federal courts. His practice focuses on business litigation disputes, including commercial breach of contract, insurance defense, labor and employment, trade secret prosecution, and collections on business loans. Jack regularly appears at court hearings, depositions, and arbitrations.

Prior to joining Foley, Jack served as a law clerk at both the San Diego County District Attorney’s Office and Orange County District Attorney’s Office. Jack’s experience as a law clerk included conducting successful preliminary hearings for felony complaints to bind over defendants before trial, arguing motions in state court, and drafting post-conviction responses. Jack sits in our San Francisco office.
