Jenene Ebstein works with a broad array of clients in manufacturing, distribution, and healthcare, guiding her clients through the sale or purchase of a diverse range of goods and services, which include: agricultural equipment and tools; food and other consumer products; software; and manufacturing equipment. She is a member of the firm’s Finance Practice Group as well as the Supply Chain Industry Team. Her areas of focus include counseling businesses on various commercial matters, procurement strategies, and drafting commercial contracts and software and technology agreements.

Jenene previously served in the office of the General Counsel as the Contract’s Staff Counsel, where she worked in collaboration with the Procurement Department and other members of the firm to review and negotiate contracts for various technical, personal, and professional services, as well as advised firm personnel of the associated risks.

Prior to joining Foley, Jenene was an associate at a legal managed services company. She advised clients on contract processes and provided recommendations on process efficiencies, in addition to negotiating various commercial and technology related contracts.
