Rossetti Farrell represents emerging companies and venture capital firms, providing the legal advice needed to sustain growth across the corporate lifecycle. Leveraging her background in finance, she collaborates with innovative startups and venture capital firms on a wide range of strategic transactions, including company formations, venture financings, and mergers and acquisitions. Rossetti also represents accelerators, incubators, and entrepreneurs, assisting startups and venture capital funds in their formation, securities offerings, and investments.
Before joining Foley, Rossetti was an associate in the emerging companies and venture capital group at an AmLaw 20 firm in Silicon Valley.
