Savannah Files represents public and private companies, private equity and investment firms, and traditional and non-traditional lenders in a variety of sophisticated domestic and international financing transactions. She is a member of the Finance & Financial Institutions Practice.
Savannah is a member of Foley’s Innovative Technology Sector and has considerable experience representing lenders who serve early-stage companies across a variety of disciplines in the tech industry. She has transactions experience representing borrowers in an assortment of industries including manufacturing, distribution, fashion, SaaS, pharmaceuticals, and several service industries. These transactions range from modestly sized bilateral loans to syndicated facilities of over $1 billion on behalf of publicly traded companies. Since joining Foley, Savannah has counseled clients on financing matters in connection with acquisitions, construction, and securitization.
Before joining Foley, Savannah managed a pipeline of commercial real estate and asset-backed loans on behalf of several state banks and credit unions in Texas. Additionally, she served as an extern for Spurs Sports & Entertainment and worked on a variety of matters on behalf of the San Antonio Spurs, Austin Spurs, and San Antonio FC.
