Kelsey Finn is an associate and Litigation attorney with Foley & Lardner LLP.  Kelsey is based in the Los Angeles office where she is a member of the Business Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice Group.

Prior to joining the firm, Kelsey clerked for United States District Court Judge Dean D. Pregerson in the Central District of California. There, Kelsey prepared recommendations to the Judge regarding the resolution of issues and motions, drafted orders, prepared memorandums and reviewed pleadings, petitions, motions, and other filings. She also supervised student externs and provided feedback on written work.

Additionally, Kelsey spent time as a Labor & Employment associate where she advised corporate employers regarding traditional labor disputes.
