Troy Fossett is an associate in the Transactions Practice in the firm’s Salt Lake City office. Before joining Foley, Troy worked as a summer law clerk in a regional firm, where he worked on both investor and company-side transactions involving early-stage preferred equity financings. He also served as a judicial intern at the U.S. District Court, District of Colorado.
