Grace Fucci is a corporate attorney, advising clients ranging from multinational corporations to startups on a broad range of business matters. She is an associate in the firm’s Transactions Practice and a member of the Innovative Technology Sector and the Fashion, Apparel, and Beauty Industry Team. Grace began her career with Foley as a summer associate in 2021.
Working with clients in a variety of industries, Grace provides guidance on formation matters, day-to-day corporate work, and complex mergers and acquisitions. She also makes pro bono work a cornerstone of her practice and regularly advises founder and mission-driven pro bono clients on corporate matters.
While in law school, Grace served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Esther Salas in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, and for the Honorable M. Hannah Lauck in the Eastern District of Virginia. Grace also was the Executive Editor of the William & Mary Journal of Race, Gender, and Social Justice, a research assistant to Professor Paul Marcus, President of the Women’s Law Society, and a student advocate for the Appellate & Supreme Court Clinic.
