Associate

Saige Gallop is a member of Foley’s Transactions and Corporate Practice, as well as the firm’s Technology Transactions, Cybersecurity, and Privacy Practice. She is also the San Diego office liaison for Foley’s Racial Justice and Equity Pro Bono Practice Group (RJEPG) and participates in the San Diego office Summer Program.

In 2019, Saige began her career with Foley as a summer associate. As an associate, she represented a wide range of investors and venture capitalists in their investment activities, as well as startups and emerging technology companies in equity financings, token purchase deals, venture capital financings, and other general corporate matters. Saige has also aided numerous companies with formation. Additionally, she assisted in private equity transactions, including mergers and acquisitions.
