Rachel A. Grant is a member of Foley’s Business Law Department in the Fund Formation and Investment Management Group. She is based in the Boston office. Rachel began at Foley as a summer associate, where she drafted business organization and fund formation documents, selected optimal deal provisions to govern investment lifecycles of closed-end funds, and collaborated with our cross-country team to ensure due diligence was completed for time-sensitive deal closings.
Prior to joining Foley, Rachel served as a Judicial Intern to Justice Scott L. Kafker in the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court. Rachel was also a legal intern at Fidelity Investments, where she analyzed federal and state tax consequences of commercial transactions as a member of the Corporate Tax Planning Department. Before pursuing a legal career, Rachel worked in financial reporting and analysis at a boutique family office for ultra-high net-worth clients.
