Richard E. Guyer
Associate
Richard E. Guyer is an associate and business lawyer with Foley & Lardner LLP. He is a member of the firm’s Transactions and Finance Practice Groups. He is also a member of the firm’s Racial Justice and Equity Practice Group. Richard focuses his practice in the area of mergers and acquisitions, commercial finance, and corporate governance.
During law school, Richard worked as a student attorney in the Duke Law Community Enterprise Clinic, where he counseled nonprofit entities engaged in community development projects on formation and governance issues.
