Evan Hamling is an associate for the Litigation Department at Foley & Lardner LLP. Evan is based in the San Francisco office where he is a member of the Business Litigation and Dispute Resolution Practice Group.
While attending the University of California, Davis School of Law, Evan served as a Senior Articles Editor for the UC Davis Law Review. During 2020, Evan was a summer associate for Foley where he conducted extensive research and drafted documents for a variety of cases and pro bono projects. During law school, he served as a law clerk with the Solano County Alternate Public Defender in Northern California, where he drafted memoranda and motions for public defenders in two cities in Solano County.
