Jennifer Haro is a business law attorney whose practice concentrates in the fields of corporate and regulatory insurance law. She is a member of the firm’s Insurance Practice Group.

Jennifer helps insurers and producers achieve a variety of transactions, corporate restructurings, mergers, and acquisitions, including pre- and post-acquisition regulatory requirements, while maintaining compliance with insurance regulatory laws. She also helps industry players solve discrete insurance regulatory issues through research and correspondence with insurance regulatory agencies.

Before attending law school, Jennifer worked in Chicago as an assistant paralegal for an immigration law firm that focuses on providing legal services to multinational corporations. As a law student, she served as a legal intern for in-house counsel at Harley-Davidson Motor Company. Jennifer was also a summer associate in the firm’s Milwaukee office.
