James R. Hellige is an estate planning, trust, and nonprofit organization lawyer, concentrating his practice on estate planning, probate, trust law, sophisticated charitable giving, and related areas of income, gift, estate, and generation-skipping taxation. James is a partner in the firm’s Estates & Trusts Practice.
