- Represented Central Texas-based real estate developer in connection with disposition of fully leased, 22,000-square-foot shopping center.*
- Represented clients in the financing, development, and sale of new multi-family projects in Arizona, North Carolina, Florida, Washington, and Texas.*
- Drafted and negotiated office and shopping center leases on behalf of the owner of a large-scale real estate portfolio, including more than 500,000 square feet of retail space.*
- Managed commercial real estate acquisitions for regional automotive company looking to expand its footprint in neighboring markets.*
- Drafted and negotiated retail leases for San Antonio-based real estate developer in connection with their ownership of 38,000-square-foot luxury shopping center.*
