R. Charles (Charlie) Inclan is a health care M&A attorney with Foley & Lardner LLP. Charlie is based in the Dallas office where he is a member of the Health Care Practice Group.
Charlie focuses his practice on various complex transactions including mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, recapitalizations, buyouts, carve-outs, and corporate governance, with a particular focus on health care-related transactions.
Prior to joining Foley, Charlie practiced at an international law firm, where he focused on private equity transactions.
