Emily Jones helps businesses navigate a variety of challenges, including contract disputes, employment issues, manufacturer/distributor relationships, and intellectual property protection. She’s a knowledgeable litigator and advisor who partners with clients to avoid and/or manage litigation (depending on the circumstances). Emily’s clients represent many areas, including manufacturing, hospitality, and retail.
Emily is a member of the Business Litigation and Dispute Resolution and Labor and Employment Practice Groups, as well as the Manufacturing Sector. Emily began at Foley as a summer associate and also worked for the Wisconsin Supreme Court and the United States Attorney’s Office for the Western District of Wisconsin.
