Alex Karnopp is an associate with Foley & Lardner LLP based in the firm’s Milwaukee office. He is a member of the firm’s Transactions Practice Group.
Alex represents a wide range of both public and private companies across a variety of industries on transactional and corporate matters. He has represented companies in mergers and acquisitions, sales and spin-offs, capital market transactions (including public and private offerings of equity and debt), and investment fund matters. He also regularly advises companies on corporate governance matters, including disclosure, compliance, and reporting matters under federal and state securities laws.
