Emily Lang practices in all facets of commercial litigation and is an experienced advocate who has tried several cases to verdict. She has represented individuals, public, and private companies in a variety of matters across the nation. Emily is a member of the firm’s Business Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice.
Previously, Emily served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Richard W. Story of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia. As a law student, she was a student attorney with Harvard Law School’s Cyberlaw Clinic. She also worked as a summer associate in Foley’s Orlando office.
