Alice Lee-Dutra is a senior patent agent with Foley & Lardner LLP. Her practice includes preparing and prosecuting patent applications (both U.S. and foreign), patent landscape analysis, and due diligence matters in a wide range of technologies, including pharmaceuticals, polymers, biotechnology, electrochemistry, and medical devices. Dr. Lee-Dutra is a member of the Chemical, Biotechnology & Pharmaceutical Practice.

Prior to joining Foley, Dr. Lee-Dutra was a patent agent and scientific advisor for Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati. Her extensive scientific experience also includes more than 10 years as a medicinal chemist with Johnson & Johnson Pharmaceutical Research & Development, where she worked on a number of immunology, neuroscience, and metabolic disease targets.
