Caleb Loschen is an associate with Foley & Lardner LLP based in the firm’s Milwaukee office where he is a member of the firm’s Transactions Practice Group, and the Environmental, Social, and Corporate Governance (ESG) Team.

Before joining Foley, Caleb was an associate at an international law firm in New York. He worked as a junior attorney on a variety of M&A and restructuring transactions including buy-side and sell-side clients, in-court and out of court restructurings and carve out transactions. Caleb drafted ancillary deal documents and coordinated diligence efforts. He also worked on debt financing transactions.

While a student at the UCLA School of Law, Caleb worked in the Law Library. He was a research assistant to Professor Eric Zolt and Professor Tim Malloy. Caleb conducted scholarly and legal research on tax capacity and tax effort in developing countries as well as provided background research on corporate taxation in African countries. He also conducted scholarly and legal research on pesticide regulation at the county, state, and federal levels.

Previously, Caleb was a summer associate for a law group in Los Angeles, California. Caleb also worked as an airport engineer for MSA Professional Services in Madison, Wisconsin.
