Lawrence T. Lynch, a retired partner with Foley & Lardner LLP, served as a member of the firm’s Labor & Employment Practice and the Health Care and Automotive Industry Teams. His practice encompassed the full spectrum of labor and employment laws, including employee relations, employment discrimination and class action litigation in state and federal courts and agencies throughout the country, drafting employment agreements and employee handbooks, public and private sector union relations, NLRB litigation, collective bargaining negotiations, OSHA compliance and litigation, advice on labor and employment issues in mergers and acquisitions including WARN Act compliance, wage and hour laws, FMLA compliance and litigation, and affirmative action obligations for government contractors. Lawrence has experience representing companies in a broad range of industries, including automotive, health care, finance, securities, pharmaceutical, colleges and universities, retail, nonprofits, printing, and various other manufacturing industries.
