Victoria A. Matese

Tory Matese practices general corporate and business law and regularly represents a broad range of clients on domestic and international mergers, acquisitions, private equity transactions, project finance, and general corporate and contract counseling. She is a partner in the firm’s Transactional & Securities and Finance & Financial Institutions Practices and a member of the Sports, Medical Devices, and Hospitality & Leisure Industry Teams. A substantial portion of Tory’s practice involves representing clients in the defense, government services, aerospace, healthcare, and data analytics industries.
Tory has extensive experience counseling public and private corporations and other business entities on matters involving formation, operation, and growth. She routinely assists clients in negotiating and drafting various operational documents, including equity purchase, asset purchase and merger documents, software and technology licensing agreements, supply, manufacturing, and distribution agreements, strategic alliance and joint venture agreements, confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements, and equity incentive plans.
