Michael C. McCluskey
Associate
Michael McCluskey is a member of the Business Litigation and Dispute Resolution Practice Group. Michael began at Foley as a summer associate. Prior to joining Foley, Michael interned with the Collin County District Attorney’s Office, the Office of Senator Johnny Isakson, and the Mayor and City Council of Fort Worth.
In law school, Michael gained extensive trial advocacy experience by participating in mock trial competitions. Michael was recognized in these competitions as best advocate and best closing argument. He was also a member of the SMU Law Review Association, the SMU Board of Advocates, and the Student Bar Association.

In Holt Texas, Ltd. v. Vita Inclinata Techs., Inc., the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas ruled on a motion to dismiss based on a forum selection clause in a dispute between a franchisor and its distributor.
