Christopher Mellado is an experienced litigator who represents clients on a range of matters involving construction and business litigation disputes. He represents clients throughout all phases of litigation, from inception through judgement or award. He represents general contractors and subcontractors in large-scale infrastructure projects throughout the United States. A significant portion of his practice includes handling complex construction disputes involving delays, lost productivity, differing site conditions, and commercial issues. Christopher is a member of the firm’s Business Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice.
Representative Experience
- *Represented a general contractor in a five-week Dispute Board trial, resulting in a post-trial nine-figure settlement.
- *Successfully negotiated and resolved various claims on behalf of general contractor and subcontractor clients involving seven-figure disputes.
