Marcella Michalek is a litigation attorney based in the New York office. She is a member of the Business Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice Group. During law school, Marcella worked as a summer associate at Foley where she assisted in developing legal theories for new litigation matters and conducted legal research on franchise and distribution law. Prior to joining Foley as a summer associate, Marcella worked as a litigation clerical assistant in our Milwaukee office.
