Chase Oriji focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and corporate governance.
Prior to joining Foley, Chase was a law clerk at a Houston law firm where he examined evidence and drafted legal memorandums. During law school he worked as a contract management intern for a global services and consulting company.
Chase is a member of the Transactions Practice Group.
