Emily R. Ostreich

Emily Ostreich counsels brand owners on domestic and international trademark matters, including clearance, prosecution, enforcement, and portfolio management. She also has experience in brand protection and anti-counterfeiting, as well as handling domain name disputes under the Uniform Domain Name Resolution Policy (UDRP) and disputes before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB). She has also provided legal counsel on various copyright and trade dress matters.
Emily has experience assisting companies of all sizes across various industries, such as food and beverage, fashion, pharmaceutical, biotech, manufacturing, and health and wellness. She is a member of the Trademark, Copyright & Advertising Practice Group and the Fashion, Apparel & Beauty Industry Team.
Prior to joining Foley, Emily served as a law clerk in the Organized Crime and Gang Section at the United States Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of Georgia and as a legal extern at the State Bar of Georgia in the Office of the General Counsel.
