Kenna Pierce

Kenna Pierce is a member of our Transactions Practice Group where she assists clients in a range of corporate law and transactional matters. She began her career at Foley as a summer associate. During law school, she worked with the Harvard Law Entrepreneurship Project. In this role, she led a student and attorney team that provided a local start-up with counsel on incorporation and capitalization. She also served as a research assistant under Harvard Law School professor, Deborah Anker, where she wrote text for the Law of Asylum treatise discussing changes in firm resettlement regulations.
