Divya Reddy is the Operating Officer of Foley & Lardner’s national Business Law Department, where she is responsible for strategic, operational, financial, human resources, and project management functions and initiatives. Divya brings more than 15 years of experience working for AmLaw 100 firms, both as a practicing lawyer as well as in business development and client relations roles. Her law practice focused on domestic and international M&A and corporate matters across a variety of industries, including energy, pharma, health care and food and beverage. Divya’s business development and client relations experience has focused on strategic business development initiatives and projects aimed at top-line revenue growth.
