Brittany Ricciardi provides counsel to clients on trademark and copyright law matters, including clearance, portfolio management, prosecution, licensing risk management, defense, and enforcement. She guides clients across a diverse range of industries — including food and beverage, health care, and sports and entertainment — in securing protection for their brands in the United States and worldwide, helping them to select, adopt, use, and enforce their trademarks. She also assists with domain name dispute resolution and provides intellectual property support for business transactions.

Before her legal career, Brittany taught sixth-grade literature and language in Evanston, Illinois. During law school, she served as a student attorney at the Children and Family Justice Center at Northwestern’s Bluhm Legal Clinic, where she worked on juvenile defense and environmental justice matters.
