Jarrett Sabina is an associate in the Transactions Practice Group. Since joining Foley, he has supported a range of complex transactions, including the sale of an archaeological and cultural resource company, the acquisition and divestiture of numerous senior living nursing facilities, and the sale of a majority stake in a defense contractor. Clients have come to rely on Jarrett for both his legal acumen and commercial awareness of the issues that impact them most. As one client put it, “You were incredible throughout the process. I don’t know how you kept up that pace… I am very grateful.”

Jarrett began his career with Foley as a summer associate in 2022, following an internship at a prominent law firm in Atlanta, Georgia, where he worked closely with the corporate M&A team. Before attending law school, he gained valuable experience as a financial analyst intern in the aerospace industry and at a film production studio in Los Angeles.
