Jamie Steven is an associate and litigation lawyer with Foley & Lardner LLP based in the firm’s Boston office. She is a primary member of the firm’s Business Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice, and a secondary member of the firm’s Government Enforcement, Defense and Investigations Practice Group. She originally joined Foley in 2018 as a summer associate.
While in law school, Jamie served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Kermit V. Lipez of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit. Additional experience from this time includes working as a teaching assistant for graduate-level health law and policy courses at Boston University School of Public Health, and at a relator’s counsel law firm where she was involved with matters arising out of the False Claims Act (FCA), Anti-Kickback Statute (AKS), and Stark Law.
