Elizabeth S. Stone
Associate
Elizabeth (Betsy) Stone works closely with clients confronting a diverse range of commercial and manufacturing disputes. Betsy has a proven track record of resolving complex legal disputes through negotiation, mediation, and, when necessary, litigation. She has successfully represented clients outside the courtroom as well as in federal and state court and before state and federal regulatory enforcement agencies.
Betsy advises on a wide array of legal matters, including supply chain and distribution network management and environmental considerations. Betsy advises and represents a diverse range of clients, including large-scale construction and pharmaceutical manufacturers, industrial suppliers, and technology-driven companies. Her commitment to delivering exceptional legal services, combined with her in-depth industry knowledge, allows her to provide innovative solutions that address the unique challenges faced by manufacturers and commercial clients.
During law school, Betsy worked as a judicial intern for the Wisconsin Supreme Court and as an extern for Wisconsin’s former Solicitor General. Prior to law school, Betsy worked at a boutique litigation firm in Milwaukee.

Affiliations
Betsy is also a member of the American Bar Association, the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin Bar Associations, and the Milwaukee Bar Association. She is also a 2023 graduate of the Thomas E. Fairchild American Inn of Court.
Pro Bono
Betsy has donated hundreds of hours of pro bono service advocating for constitutional and civil rights of indigent community members from incarcerated persons to human trafficking victims and victims of gun violence.
