Patrick Taylor draws from his professional experience to assist clients in navigating complex commercial contracts — including sales, supply, distribution, licensing, and professional service contracts; nondisclosure agreements; data privacy agreements and more. Additionally, Patrick has experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating real estate purchase agreements, leases, easements, and associated documents.
Prior to joining Foley, Patrick served as corporate counsel for international manufacturing and distribution companies. In these roles, he not only provided legal advice on complex commercial issues, but he also provided strategic business advice. Previously, he served as an assistant district attorney for Outagamie County, Wisconsin. Patrick also served as an assistant corporation counsel for the Outagamie County Office of Corporation Counsel, where he provided counsel to county officers and employees in a variety of legal areas, including employment law, administrative law, land use law, constitutional law, municipal law, and airport law.
