Louis Wahl represents private and public companies and private equity firms in a variety of domestic and international finance transactions, including syndicated and bilateral financings, secured and unsecured financings, second lien financings, asset-based financings, acquisition financings, leveraged buyouts, and recapitalizations. He is a partner in the firm’s Finance & Financial Institutions Practice.
Louis also represents issuers in public and private offerings of debt securities. He has negotiated and closed transactions in a diverse group of industries, including the manufacturing, technology, energy, retail, hospitality, health care, and sports industries.
