Jessica is a member of the Business Law Department and Health Care & Life Sciences Sector. Jessica assists with advising a variety of health care companies on various standards and licensure requirements and regulatory compliance. Jessica’s experience within the health care industry allows her to understand the unique legal issues and business opportunities facing the industry and provide tailored counsel from the clients perspective.

Jessica’s background in the health care industry includes working as a law clerk for AdventHealth System, Office of General Counsel, and CentraState Healthcare System, Office of the General Counsel. There, Jessica conducted legal research and drafted various memoranda on health care regulatory issues including kickback and Stark Laws, Joint Commission accreditation standards, CMS rules, EMTALA, corporate governance, Title VII, Title XI, scope of practice, state laws and the Corporate Practice of Medicine.
