Clay Weinstein is an associate with Foley & Lardner LLP. His practice focuses on corporate and business law matters, including mergers and acquisitions, securities law, and corporate governance. He is a member of the firm’s Transactional & Securities Practice.
Clay was a summer associate with Foley’s Tampa office in 2016, where he provided support with M&A and corporate finance transactions for large public and private business entities. Prior to joining Foley, he interned for U.S. District Court Judge Mark E. Walker, Northern District of Florida.
