Frank Milton White Jr. is a partner and business lawyer with Foley & Lardner LLP based in the firm’s Boston Office where he is a member of the Fund Formation & Investment Management and Transactions Practices.
Frank has experience representing U.S. and non-U.S. sponsors and managers in private equity fund formations and investments. He has counseled clients on U.S. and non-U.S. sponsors on regulatory, compliance and day-to-day operational issues and represented institutional investors with respect to investments in U.S. and non-U.S. private investment funds and venture capital and private equity funds in their portfolio investments, transactions, acquisitions and regulatory and compliance issues.
Prior to Foley, Frank was a senior counsel in a private practice where he represented sponsors in private equity fund formations and investments and counseled clients on regulatory, compliance and day-to-day operational issues. He also represented institutional investors with respect to investments in U.S. and non-U.S. private investment funds.
