Dakota Woll is an associate with Foley & Lardner LLP. Dakota is based in the Tampa office, where he is a member of the Real Estate Practice Group.

Dakota’s practice is focused on the acquisition, disposition, development, and leasing of commercial real estate, including the formation and governance of master-planned communities, golf and recreational amenity facilities, and resorts. Dakota has extensive experience representing developers of high-end, single-family, and multifamily real estate projects. Furthermore, Dakota’s experience includes the representation of numerous homebuilders and developers of mixed-use projects, including devising the structure, planning and documentation for the governance and operational structure of each respective project, and preparing and negotiating all necessary declarations, reciprocal easement agreements, and development agreements.

Additionally, Dakota has extensively represented both lenders and borrowers in connection with acquisition and development loans, construction loans, syndicated loans, term loans, asset-based and unsecured lending, and restructuring.
