Foley’s public policy attorneys have extensive experience advising private investors and public entities in relation to governmental affairs matters relevant to P3s and infrastructure and have a record of devising effective strategies for clients to secure public-private contracts. Foley’s attorneys have dealt with Congressional offices and committees, the Office of the Secretary of Transportation, and various other federal agencies. Foley represents several United States Senators involved in infrastructure development issues in Congress. Certain members of Foley’s Public Policy group have also helped to design political campaigns, implement campaign strategy, and propose policies for governmental consideration. A number of Foley’s attorneys are also former state legislators.
