To demonstrate our commitment to fostering the startup ecosystem, we also go beyond making introductions to funding sources — we put our money on the table as well. We launched Foley Ventures to have the ability to invest in or alongside clients. For startup or emerging companies, the fund will invest if the company receives a simultaneous investment from a professionally managed venture fund or angel fund and if with both investments adequate cash flow for one year is projected.
